Senior Product Manager, Residential

As a Senior Product Manager for Residential Banking, you will develop and optimise the strategy for product, pricing and distribution, with a focus on mortgage products. You will monitor and improve existing and new products from a technical, financial, commercial and legal perspective, in line with customer needs and market developments.
You will work closely with the Housing Manager and a number of other internal and external stakeholders. You will keep a close eye on trends, regulations and the competition.
Duties and responsibilities:
- You identify and capitalise on market and product opportunities.
- You enjoy developing new propositions (product strategy) and optimising existing products.
- You will regularly report on your analysis by gathering information on customer needs, the competition and regulatory requirements, in order to inform strategic decisions;
- You keep a close eye on changes to legislation and regulations and implement the necessary adjustments;
- You will manage the product lifecycle within the Housing sector;
- You define the product roadmap;
- You will be responsible for the project management of product-related projects;
- You will liaise with interest groups and regulatory bodies.
Job requirements
- You have a higher vocational education (HBO) or university (WO) level of thinking; a master’s degree is an advantage;
- Project management skills;
- Several years’ recent experience in a similar role at a mortgage lender;
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to housing and mortgage products.

Employment conditions
- Gross annual salary between €80,000 and €99,000, depending on qualifications and experience;
- A high-quality pension scheme based on the average earnings scheme, offering a guaranteed return with a very low employee contribution of 2% of the pensionable earnings;
- Various employee insurance schemes relating to the WIA, etc., which are paid for in full by Argenta;
- Internet allowance: €50 net per month;
- A meal allowance of €100 gross per month;

- Travel expenses;
- Wellbeing; €500 gross/net benefit per year (e.g. for a gym membership);
- 35 days’ holiday per year (27 to be taken at your discretion, 8 included in your Employee Benefit Budget). In addition, Argenta has a further 4 collective bank holidays. This brings the total to a remarkable 39 days off;
