Corporate Recruiter (Southeast region) | BUKO Infrasupport
Are you fed up with the hard targets of the agency world? Or are you done with those roles where you only get to shuffle dummies without really being listened to? At BUKO Infrasupport, we are not looking for a Recruiter who sits inside all day, but someone who will really get things going in the Southeast region.
No boring office job
You will be the face of the Southeast region (think Eindhoven, Elst and Tilburg). You are not a 'laptop-recruiter' who stays inside all day; you regularly hop into the pool car to visit the branches to hear what is really going on. BUKO is a growing organisation and this is reflected in your daily work. Recruitment requests are everywhere: from technical staff out on the road and people in operations to staff positions in the office. You work closely with marketing for rock-solid recruitment marketing and are given the freedom to make the process in Recruitee a little smarter every day.
Besides finding the right people, we also look at the back end: how do we keep that back door closed? You will dive into the data to gain insight into turnover and take on a few challenging projects every quarter. Think about vitality, absenteeism or other HR improvements. So you are an advisor, recruiter and project manager all in one.

- You already have a few years of experience (at an agency or on the client side) and you are not afraid to speak your mind.
- You find it more important that the match is really good than quickly ticking off a vacancy.
- And because you will be on the road a lot to the various locations, you will of course need your driving licence.

- Salary between €3,600 and €4,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
