As Application Specialist Exact Globe, you will ensure that the ERP system remains stable and is set up more intelligently. You will liaise with Finance, Sales, Logistics and IT, making you an important link within the organisation.
This is not a role where you only look at systems from IT's point of view. You will think along with the business, understand what departments need and make sure improvements are managed.

The role

As Application Specialist Exact Globe, you will be involved in the daily functional management, set-up and further improvement of the ERP and WMS landscape. You will be given a lot of freedom and ownership to pick up and implement improvements.

In this role:
- Manage and optimise ERP and WMS systems; 
- Support processes around order processing, invoicing, inventory management and logistics; 
- Pick up internal change requests and translate them into practical solutions; 
- Think along with Finance, Sales, Logistics and IT on process improvements; 
- Play a key role in the preparation and implementation of the Globe+ upgrade.

Your profile
You are someone who takes responsibility, keeps an overview and is able to interact well with different departments. You do not only think in terms of technology, but above all in terms of what the organisation needs.

We are looking for someone who:
- MBO-4/HBO working and thinking level; 
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in application management, ERP, WMS or process optimisation; 
- Less experience is also allowed, if you bring the right motivation, eagerness to learn and potential for growth; 
- Experience with ERP systems. Exact Globe or Synergy is nice to have, but not a hard requirement; 
- Has strong communication skills and can easily switch between Finance, Sales, Logistics, IT and external partners.

Employment conditions

You will join Scandia Gear, an international organisation where the ERP and WMS landscape plays an important role in its continued growth and professionalisation.

In return:
• An indicative gross annual salary of approximately €58,000 to €82,000, including 8% holiday pay and based on full-time employment;
