At SourceMonks, you do not get an ‘hourly billing process’, but a team of like-minded people, a coach who really knows you and assignments in which you continue to grow. We work without management layers: you have influence, freedom and a group of people who are there for you. Our assignments are challenging in terms of content and always fit in with who you are.
